Yogurt, something sweet, fruit. Into the freezer. Break it when you want it.

- 500 g / 2 cupsfull-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp / 30 mlhoney or maple syrup
- 150 g / 1 cupberries, fresh or frozen
Method

Line a small tray with parchment.

Stir the yogurt with the honey or maple. Spread it about ½ cm / ¼ inch thick.

Press the berries in. Do not drown them.

Freeze until solid, about two hours.

Break into shards. Keep the rest in a box in the freezer.

- Spreading it too thick. It will not snap. Aim for half a centimetre.
- Allergens
- Dairy. Do not give honey to anyone under one year.
- Substitutions
- Maple in place of honey. Coconut yogurt in place of dairy, though it freezes a little icier.
